Request data deletion
For CHAPTER45 data requests, email codyssey100@gmail.com with the subject “CHAPTER45 data deletion” and describe what you want deleted. Codyssey can remove support messages and attachments associated with your email, except records we must retain by law. Your journal exists only on your device: clear CHAPTER45 storage in Android Settings to remove it. We cannot retrieve or delete it remotely. Optional Analytics is not linked to your email; if we cannot identify your events, its configured retention applies (up to 14 months; aggregate reports may remain longer). Turning Analytics off stops future collection. Google Play retains transactions under its own policy; deleting data does not cancel a subscription.
Where are my records?
Your name, focus choices, daily actions, mood, energy, sleep and notes are stored on your device. CHAPTER45 does not upload your journal or sync it across devices. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may remove your records. Purchase restoration does not restore your journal.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings → Language. Choose English, Korean, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese. English is the default for new installations.
How do subscriptions work?
Daily recording, the journal, seven-day experiments and the reading library are free. CHAPTER45 Plus adds 30- and 90-day insights and a guided 14-day reset. When purchases are available, Google Play shows the current price, billing period and applicable taxes before you confirm.
Restore or cancel a subscription
Use the same Google Play account, then open CHAPTER45 Plus → Restore purchases. Manage or cancel renewals in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Canceling normally keeps access until the paid period ends. If a purchase is pending, wait for Google Play to confirm it.
Refunds and purchase problems
Request a refund through Google Play, subject to its refund rules and applicable law. If access is missing, first restore purchases with an internet connection. Contact Codyssey with the order ID if you still need help; never send your payment card number.

No. CHAPTER45 supports everyday wellness habits. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Choose movements and foods suited to you and seek professional advice for health concerns. Stop a movement if it causes pain.
